Your Government at work!

Recently, the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) updated a LOT of forms.  Almost all the changes were superficial but they did add a "Micro" designation thereby reducing the filing fee for most of us down to $65.00.  YAY!  It's about time the little guy got a REAL break!  This is a good time to apply for a Provisional Patent.  If you have been thinking about it, it's time to move!  Get the forms at the USPTO and get started!  If you don't know what forms to use, I have updated a kit I produce that has all the forms needed.  Click on the link to the right and go see.  If you just want to know when things change, I'll keep you up to date if you subscribe to my blog.  Once you purchase a kit, you automatically are subscribed, until you unsubscribe, and you get updates to the kit FOREVER!  Such a deal.  Go get 'em.
